The foundation of movement at DRIP’T These classes form the heart of our studio and are offered consistently as part of our weekly schedule. Whether you’re stepping into a studio for the first time or deepening an established practice, there’s space for you here.

Bikram Yoga (26&2)

Precision. Discipline. Transformation.

A traditional 26-posture sequence practiced in a heated room, designed to systematically strengthen, stretch, and detoxify the body. Bikram Yoga builds focus, resilience, and balance—physically and mentally—through repetition and consistency.

This practice is foundational to DRIP’T and accessible to both new and experienced practitioners.

Vinyasa yoga

Flow with intention.

A breath-led, intelligently sequenced flow that builds strength, mobility, and awareness. Vinyasa at DRIP’T emphasizes mindful transitions, anatomical integrity, and presence—inviting practitioners to move with clarity and purpose.

This practice supports creativity, adaptability, and connection between breath and movement.

DRIP'T (Strength Training)

Strength that hits different.

Our signature performance-based strength class blends resistance training, intervals, and rhythmic movement. Designed to build power, endurance, and confidence, DRIP’T challenges the body while maintaining flow and intention.

This is strength training with purpose—built to support longevity, not burnout.

Hot Pilates​

Low impact. High intensity.

A heated, core-focused class that strengthens and sculpts without high-impact strain. Hot Pilates builds stability, control, and endurance while protecting the joints.

FLEX'T​

Restore your range.

A mobility and stretching-focused class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery. FLEX’T balances intense training and supports long-term movement health.

Kemetic Yoga

Rooted. Intentional. Powerful.

Kemetic Yoga is a grounded, meditative practice rooted in ancient African tradition. This practice emphasizes breath, posture, and geometric alignment to support balance, strength, and spiritual grounding.

Offered with care and reverence, Kemetic Yoga invites practitioners into stillness, alignment, and deeper connection.

TRAIN TO TEACH

DRIP’T offers immersive teacher training opportunities for select practices through Bikram Yoga Works Academy. These programs are designed to develop mastery, integrity, and leadership—on and off the mat.

I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to keep up, and being new to the studio, I wasn't too sure of what was needed coming in. Kendra was at the front desk and accessible to instruct me on what to bring into the space. Her instruction during the class was great. There were options for modification, but her energy in the room made me want to push through when it became challenging. The room was filled with what seemed like regulars (of all shapes and sizes) who were committed and ready, and that added to the experience. The studio was equipped and clean. I was able to shower after my second class and felt comfortable doing so. I highly recommend Kendra, her class, and studio.
